To get to the beach, all you need to do is walk out to the Inn's shared deck and descend a safe but somewhat steep staircase. Once you're on the sand, enjoy beachcombing, jogging along the water's edge, looking for tide pools, and taking photos of the fantastic scenery.

Here in peaceful Oceanside, the main attraction is the beach. Though there aren't many businesses, Netarts - which has a small market and a handful of restaurants - is just two miles to the south. For even more options, follow the highway nine miles over to the larger Tillamook, which has plenty of grocery shopping, restaurants, and the world-famous Tillamook Cheese Factory. This part of the coast also has many hiking and biking paths, gorgeous viewpoints, and even the historic Cape Meares Lighthouse to check out, so be sure to bring your camera and sense of adventure!
